We build more than structures. We build trust.

Zaims Holding — We build more than structures. We build trust.

Our Vision

We built Zaims to be the industrial partner we wish the Kingdom had.

Partners —

Saudi infrastructure doesn't fail for lack of ambition. It fails when steel, fabrication, and systems sit in separate silos — different owners, different standards, different timelines, and nobody accountable for the whole.

We watched projects lose months to coordination gaps. Specs rewritten midstream. Finger-pointing at handover.

So we made a list of everything that structure gets wrong and built a holding company that does none of it.

Today, Zaims holds three complementary operating companies:

They work together by design. One ownership structure. Shared quality discipline. Long-term capital that doesn't force a flip.

Sectors

Where the group operates.

Four industrial lenses. One holding. Capabilities live inside the operating companies — the group sets direction and accountability.

01 · via NexGen Build

Construction

Turnkey structural and civil delivery through NexGen Build — from foundations to handover on industrial and commercial sites.

02 · via Edge Steel KSA

Steel Fabrication

Heavy structural members, architectural panels, and weld assemblies through Edge Steel KSA — built for demanding Saudi projects.

03 · via Dammam Laser CNC

Precision Manufacturing

Laser and CNC fabrication through Dammam Laser CNC — tight-tolerance components and decorative metalwork.

04 · via NexGen Build

Industrial Systems

Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, waterproofing, and fire protection — integrated under NexGen so systems and structure stay coordinated.

Why this structure

Integration is a holding strategy — not a slide in a pitch deck.

Fragmented ownership creates fragmented outcomes. Zaims exists so complementary industrial capabilities share capital, standards, and a long horizon.

  • Partners engage one group story with clear operating entities

Track record

Proof, attributed honestly.

We don't invent group-wide badges. Credentials belong to the operating companies that earned them.

Aramco-grade standards

NexGen Build holds Saudi Aramco vendor approval #10119021 — attributed where it belongs.

SCA-certified fabrication

Edge Steel and Dammam Laser operate as SCA-certified contractors for Kingdom projects.

Three companies, one group

Construction, steel, and precision fab under permanent holding ownership — not a one-off JV.

Kingdom footprint

Operations across Riyadh and the Eastern Province — Dammam, Jubail, and beyond.
